We have been notified by OFNL of essential planned maintenance that will affect connectivity to our network.

What is happening
OFNL will be carrying out maintenance on core equipment that supports our Network-to-Network Interface (NNI) at their THW location. During this work, all traffic on the OFNL NNI is expected to drop for up to six hours within the maintenance window.

During this maintenance window, works will be undertaken affecting CityFibre and TalkTalk Ethernet services connected into our network. As part of these works, services delivered over these carriers may experience a temporary loss of connectivity.

We will be performing maintenance on the cabinet(s) at Nine Mile Water and Pittleworth on the 4th of June between 10:00 and 12:00.

It is expected that multiple short downtime events of up to 30 minutes in duration will happen during this time. The works is to remediate the rodent damaged infrastructure and deploy deterrents into the network to prevent further damage.
