Planned Maintenance Downtime - FttX Broadband from 2021-07-26 23:00 BST to 2021-07-28 06:00 BST

There will be a planned outage of fibre-to-the-cabinet and fibre-to-the-premises broadband services for customers outside of the Basingstoke and Farnborough areas. Dedicated Fibre Ethernet services, Wireless services, business park services, and services within Basingstoke and Farnborough will not be impacted.

Connectivity between us and our nationwide FTTC/FTTP carrier, Zen, will be undergoing maintenance between:

• Mon 26th July 23:00 - Tue 27th July 06:00
• Tue 27th July 23:00 - Wed 28th July 06:00

During those maintenance windows there will be an up to 2 hour outage of customer services.
