Customer services are expected to automatically fail back over upon restoration of the primary link.

The senior engineers have completed their investigations and identified the issue with the circuit to be with Openreach.
Openreach are actively investigating and looking to restore service as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, no ERT has yet been provided by Openreach.

Senior engineers have activated a failover to a backup and are seeing restoration of service.
Services may observe slow performance.
Investigations are underway on the primary link and 1310 will provide an update once these investigations have been completed.
