Planned maintenance: Clare Park – UPS Replacement

We will be replacing the failed UPS at Clare Park Farm on 14th July to restore reliance to power cuts.
Maintenance window: 17:00–18:00, Tuesday 14 July 2026

Who is affected:

All customers with connections served from Clare Park, including those at Penn Croft and Wimble Hill.

Services should only be offline for a few minutes of the maintenance window while equipment reboots following the replacement, but are at risk for the whole window.

Your connection will restore automatically once the new UPS is in service.
