Planned maintenance: Telehouse North – Core Switch Replacement

We will be replacing the core switch at our Telehouse North facility overnight on 13–14 July to increase capacity and improve the resilience of our infrastructure.
Maintenance window: 00:00 – 06:00, Monday 14 July 2026

Who is affected:

Rothwell broadband customers – a single outage of up to 60 minutes is expected during the maintenance window
Leased line customers – a single outage of up to 120 minutes is expected during the maintenance window

Your connection will restore automatically once the new switch is in service.
