All planned work has been completed and services remain stable. Please contact help@1310.io / 0333 300 1310 if you have any issues.
Repatching has been completed, and all services apppear to be up. We will continue monitoring to confirm.
The affected fibres have been rejointed and tested. Services will shortly be switched back to normal routing and will therefore experience brief downtime. An update will be provided once this has been completed.
The engineer has arrived on site and will begin testing the remediation. Services should remain up for now.
We will be performing maintenance on the cabinet(s) at Nine Mile Water and Pittleworth on the 4th of June between 10:00 and 12:00.
It is expected that multiple short downtime events of up to 30 minutes in duration will happen during this time. The works is to remediate the rodent damaged infrastructure and deploy deterrents into the network to prevent further damage.
