We will be carrying out essential planned maintenance affecting parts of our core network infrastructure.

What is happening
During this maintenance window, works will be undertaken affecting CityFibre and TalkTalk Ethernet services connected into our network. As part of these works, services delivered over these carriers may experience a temporary loss of connectivity.

In addition, ICUK-hosted services will continue operating throughout the maintenance period, however redundancy and failover resilience will be temporarily reduced while the work is in progress.

Who is affected
Customers using services delivered via CityFibre or TalkTalk Ethernet circuits may experience a temporary interruption to connectivity.

Customers utilising ICUK-hosted services should remain online, however services will operate with limited redundancy during the maintenance period.

What you need to do
No action is required from customers. Services should restore automatically once the maintenance work has been completed. If you continue to experience issues after the maintenance window, please restart your equipment before contacting support.
