Scheduled Maintenance – Core Network Edge Router Software Upgrades

As part of our ongoing investment in network resilience and performance, we will be carrying out planned software upgrades on core network edge routers located within Telehouse East.

Maintenance Window:
Friday 22nd May 2026 between 00:05 and 06:00

During this maintenance window, our engineering team will be upgrading critical routing infrastructure that forms part of the core 1310 network platform. The work has been carefully planned and tested to ensure continuity of service throughout the activity.

No customer impact is expected during the maintenance period. Network traffic will automatically and dynamically re-route across redundant paths while individual routers are upgraded, allowing services to remain online throughout the work.

Engineers will be actively monitoring the network for the duration of the maintenance window to ensure all systems continue operating normally.
