Planned maintenance — Telehouse West core switch replacement

We will be carrying out planned maintenance at Telehouse West as part of our continual improvement programme.
What we are doing:

• Replacing core switches with new devices featuring higher port speeds and updated architecture
  Who is affected:
• Customers whose services are delivered via City Fibre or OFNL may experience a complete loss of service for the duration of the maintenance window
• Customers whose services are delivered via other means may be disconnected for short periods whilst the service is moved to another datacentre automatically.
  Expected duration:
• The work is expected to be completed within 30 minutes
• A full 3-hour window has been reserved — customers should plan for this in full
