This is a critical infrastructure maintenance event that has arisen at short notice and is not possible to reschedule. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

- Emergency services (999) — please be aware that VoIP-dependent lines will be unavailable. Ensure you have access to a mobile device or alternative means to contact emergency services if required.
- Calls received during this period will not be automatically diverted unless you have an independent diversion arrangement in place. Please contact us if you require assistance with this.
