This work has been completed and sessions are now successfully balanced across the infrastructure.

We have completed the network changes to our OFNL infrastructure, we are in the process of rebalancing connections onto the new routers and infrastructure. Your session may drop during this change and we are rolling it out across all OFNL sites and customers.

Apologies for the short (sub 1 minute) drop in service, this will move you to the new infrastructure and resolve the legacy latency and throughput issues.

There is no need to reboot your router.
