Network Maintenance in Telehouse East from 2025-10-08 22:00 BST to 2025-10-09 04:00 BST

We will be carrying out planned maintenance in Telehouse North (THN) to replace core network hardware and reconfigure parts of our network. This work will increase capacity, improve performance, and optimise traffic paths, while also removing older hardware from service.

Maintenance Window:

Start: 22:00 on 8th October 2025
Duration: 6 hours
Work Impact Period: From 23:00 onwards

Expected Impact:

No downtime is expected, as all services are fully redundant

Some services may experience a brief reconnection of less than 5 minutes during failover events

All business customer connections will be verified online and operational before the close of the window
