National FTTC/FTTP circuits not reconnecting

We are experiencing issues with customers on our national platform not being able to reconnect if their session disconnects.

This is a national problem with the supplier and we are in conversation with other ISPs who are experiencing the same issue.

We have an open ticket with their Network Operations Centre and are awaiting their update.
