Please be advised of 3rd party works which will impact the services 1310 delivers in this area. Our supplier has informed us that they will be completing a software upgrade in Birmingham. This software upgrade is necessary to ensure we operate a fully supported and reliable network. As with all software upgrades; this includes fixes for some code defects; but also bring in additional features which will improve monitoring; increasing visibility of the network. As this maintenance is not being conducted by 1310, rescheduling this work may not be possible. Whilst a lengthy maintenance window is scheduled this is to cover all eventualities, we anticipate services will recover in a shorter timeframe.
