Google, YouTube, WhatsApp unreachable

We have reports of some services (Google, WhatsApp, YouTube) being unreachable from the 1310 network for a period of time on Thursday. This has been investigated and appears to have been a transient issue with an upstream provider not passing the routes onto our edge routers. This issue has now resolved itself and we are continuing to monitor.
