Emergency Notification. We have been advised by our provider of an urgent requirement to upgrade our node software to prevent unexpected service impact due to an identified bug within the code. This code has been lab tested and is fully approved for deployment. Customers will see a maximum 20–30-minute outage whilst the node reloads. No service impacting work will take place before midnight only pre checks. Outage window to run until 5am, no new reloads will commence after 4am in case of issues.
