Works have now been completed and we are seeing customers reconnected. If you have any issues with your service please reboot your Fibre Modem and router.
Services will reboot for a short 30 second window whilst firmware upgrades are applied to the Fibre Modems within properties. This is completely normal and should be done in the next 90 minutes.
